Will my WoW account be hacked if I purchase your guide?

No, your WoW account will not be compromised in any way. I do not ask you for your account information at any point during your purchase and I have no way of getting it. The guide that you will download will come in a PDF file and there is no way I can use a PDF file to hijack your account information.

I am worried about buying your guide, is this a scam?

No, this is not a scam. We currently accept credit card purchases which are nearly impossible to scam due to their fraud protection and we sell our product on clickbank.com, a site that is well known and has done billions of dollars of transactions. How can I be sure that my credit information will be secure?

How do I receive your product after I pay?

Yes, just remember there is a download limit on the guide to prevent fraud, so it is best that you limit the amount of computers you download too or put the file on an external drive and take it with you as you move around.

Our guide is compatible with any device that has the capability to run a PDF reader of any type. It is fully compatible with the above operating systems and more.

What is the difference between your guide and X guide?

The main difference between my Secret Gold Guide and another gold guide is that my was freshly written at the beginning of Wrath of the Lich King where others have carried their guide over from The Burning Crusade and provided minor updates to their guide for Wrath. You can rest assured my guide is completely relevant and up to date because of this and contains no irrelevant information like some of the other guides out there.

How often your guide is updated?

I pre-read every patch and play on the PTR so if any upcoming patch or change affects the guide it is updated and changed before it hits live servers.

Is there a minimum level I should be before I can use your guide and make tons of gold to pickup the ladies?

There is no minimum level required to use the guide, any level can make a substantial amount of gold by following the sections in the guide created for their range. I make most of my gold as a level 1 Auction Character on several realms at the same time (without a single level 80 on that realm!). I explain a lot of Auction House and trading tricks in my guide.

Do you offer your guide in other languages?

Currently the only language supported is in English.

Can I get a hard copy of your guide?

I do not currently offer hard copies of the guide. Due to the amount of pictures inside the guide, to publish a hardcopy version, would cost more than the price of the guide in just publishing costs.

I have reached the maximum number of downloads, what do I do?

First, make sure your username and password are secure and have not been shared with anyone. Then please submit a ticket to me so I can look into the excessive downloads further.

I tried to download your guide and it didn't work.

It may be a browser issue, try using another browser. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome seem to haveless problems than Internet Browsers when downloading our guide. Please remember the main guide is fairly large and may take a bit to download depending on your internet connection.

You will need a reliable PDF reader to open our guide, the two that we recommend are Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader

I purchased your guide, but I never received instructions on how to download it.

Most of the times this is caused by not putting in the correct email address. You should have received an e-mail from ClickBank including your Order #, if you didn't, you will need to contact ClickBank to find out why. If you received a ClickBank Order # and still don't have access to my members area, contact me immediately at support@secretgoldguide.com and I'll figure out what's going on. When you contact me, include your order #, name and the e-mail you used when purchasing.

I receive 'Cannot Process Order' when I try to purchase your guide, what can I do?

If you are unable to process an order we suggested you do one of the following things:
