Will my WoW account be hacked if I purchase your guide?

No, your WoW account will not be compromised in any way. I do not ask you for your account information at any point during your purchase and I have no way of getting it. The guide that you will download will come in a PDF file and there is no way I can use a PDF file to hijack your account information.

I am worried about buying your guide, is this a scam?

No, this is not a scam. I currently accept credit card purchases which are nearly impossible to scam due to their fraud protection and I sell my products on clickbank.com, a site that is well known and has done billions of dollars of transactions. How can I be sure that my credit information will be secure?

How do I receive your product after I pay?

After you pay for the product you will be taken to a page where you will be able to download the guide(s) for 24 hours. If you sign up to be a VIP member, you will be sent to a page including instructions on how to login and access the updates as well as receive an e-mail with the same instructions.

Our guide is compatible with any device that has the capability to run a PDF reader of any type. It is fully compatible with the above operating systems and more.

What is the difference between your guide and X guide?

The main difference between my Secret Gold Guide and another gold guides is that it is always up to date and rewritten for each new expansions. It's also much easier to read and goes into much better detail about more ways to make gold.

How often your guide is updated?

I pre-read every patch and play on the PTR so if any upcoming patch or change affects the guide it is updated and changed before it hits live servers.

Is there a minimum level I should be before I can use your guide?

There is no minimum level required to use the guide, any level can make a substantial amount of gold by following the sections in the guide created for their range. I make most of my gold as a level 1 Auction Character on several realms at the same time (without a single level 85 on that realm!). I explain a lot of auction house and trading tricks in my guide. I also cover how to make gold from every level all the way from level 1 to level 85.

Do you offer your guide in other languages?

Currently the only language supported is in English.

Can I get a hard copy of your guide?

I do not currently offer hard copies of my guides. Due to the amount of pictures inside the guide, to publish a hardcopy version, would cost more than the price of the guide in just publishing costs. Since the guide is updated so often, it would also be very cost prohibited to ship the latest version out every time there is a new version.

I am having problems logging in, what do I do?

In order to log into the the member's area, you need to have an active subscription to be a VIP member. To sign up, visit: http://www.secretgoldguide.com/up/subscription.php. If you have already signed up and you're still having problems logging in. Please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail that you purchased your subscription with. You should have received a ClickBank Order # from ClickBank immediately after subscribing.

How will I receive updates to the guide?

When a big update is published, an e-mail is sent out to my newsletter. Make sure that you are subscribed by entering your name and e-mail here.

How do I change my username or password?

Your username is always the same as the e-mail address you purchased with and your password is always the same as the ClickBank Order # you received after purchasing. If you would like to change your e-mail, please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your current e-mail address, your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail address you would like to change it to.

There is currently no way to change your password.

I can not remember my username or password, what do I do?

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription to my VIP area, please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail that you signed up with. You should receive a confirmation e-mail from ClickBank within 48 hours. You may also visit http://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm and request the cancellation yourself.

It may take several business days for your account to be cancelled.

I tried to download your guide and it didn't work, what do I do?

It may be a browser issue, try using another browser. Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome seem to have less problems than Internet Browsers when downloading my guide. Please remember the main guide is fairly large and may take a bit to download depending on your internet connection.

I downloaded your guide, but I was unable to open it, how do I open it?

You will need a reliable PDF reader to open my guide, the two that I recommend are Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader

I purchased your guide, but I never received instructions on how to download it, what do I do?

Most of the times this is caused by not putting in the correct email address. You should have received an e-mail from ClickBank including your Order #, if you didn't, you will need to contact ClickBank to find out why. If you received a ClickBank Order # and still don't have access to my members area, contact me immediately at support@secretgoldguide.com and I'll figure out what's going on. When you contact me, include your order #, name and the e-mail you used when purchasing.

How do I find my ClickBank Order #?

Your ClickBank Order # is a 8 digit code including numbers and letters, it's usually in all upper case letters. To find it, start by looking for an e-mail from ClickBank. It should include the ClickBank Order # in the subject and body of the e-mail. If you can not find the e-mail and you were charged, check the transaction details with your bank. These details should include the 8 digit ClickBank Order #. If you still can't find your order number, contact ClickBank.

Send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including the ClickBank order # you received after purchasing from the e-mail address you want the order to be associated with. If you did not see the order # please contact ClickBank.

If you are unable to process an order I suggest you do one of the following things:
