All guide access is logged by IP Address and any violations or suspected account sharing could cause your account to be suspended. We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we suspect fraudlent activity is occuring, such as hacked accounts or shared account access. Money cannot be refunded if you share your account and it gets suspended, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In order to log into the the member's area, you need to have an active subscription to be a VIP member. You can sign up here. If you have already signed up and you're still having problems logging in. Please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail that you purchased your subscription with. You should have received a ClickBank Order # from ClickBank immediately after subscribing.
Your username is always the same as the e-mail address you purchased with and your password is always the same as the ClickBank Order # you received after purchasing. If you would like to change your e-mail, please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your current e-mail address, your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail address you would like to change it to. There is currently no way to change your password.
Your username is always the same as the e-mail address you purchased with and your password is always the same as the ClickBank Order # you received after purchasing. If you forget either, send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including what information you do have.
Your ClickBank Order # is a 8 digit code including numbers and letters, it's usually in all upper case letters. To find it, start by looking for an e-mail from ClickBank. It should include the ClickBank Order # in the subject and body of the e-mail. If you can not find the e-mail and you were charged, check the transaction details with your bank. These details should include the 8 digit ClickBank Order #. If you still can't find your order number, contact ClickBank.
