I am having problems logging in, what do I do?

In order to log into the the member's area, you need to have an active subscription to be a VIP member. You can sign up here. If you have already signed up and you're still having problems logging in. Please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail that you purchased your subscription with. You should have received a ClickBank Order # from ClickBank immediately after subscribing.

How do I change my username or password?

Your username is always the same as the e-mail address you purchased with and your password is always the same as the ClickBank Order # you received after purchasing. If you would like to change your e-mail, please send an e-mail to support@secretgoldguide.com including your current e-mail address, your ClickBank Order # and the e-mail address you would like to change it to. There is currently no way to change your password.

I can not remember my username or password, what do I do?

How do I find my ClickBank Order #?

Your ClickBank Order # is a 8 digit code including numbers and letters, it's usually in all upper case letters. To find it, start by looking for an e-mail from ClickBank. It should include the ClickBank Order # in the subject and body of the e-mail. If you can not find the e-mail and you were charged, check the transaction details with your bank. These details should include the 8 digit ClickBank Order #. If you still can't find your order number, contact ClickBank.
